A FREE New Industry Tool: Grab your multi-national, jargon-busting A-Z GLOSSARY OF TERMS
Until now the US has taken the lead in producing industry glossaries, but working globally with clients, we recognised confusion over terms country by country and across sectors. For example, terms used in one market are sometimes understood quite differently by other markets; some Direct Selling Organisations (DSOs) operate 2 or more channels to market, of which Direct Selling/MLM may be only one and not necessarily their predominant channel. Many DSOs also trade online and some operate also through retail premises. Naturally, each of these other channels has its own jargon.

So, we went about producing what we hope will become the definitive, continually updated, multi-national Industry Glossary*. *we’re keen to keep it up-to-date so if you think we’ve missed something or got something wrong – do tell us (click here).

We’re very excited to announce this brand new initiative, designed specifically for senior managers in the industry. The format and programme, fully supported by highly experienced coach/mentors and not a power-point in sight, is very different… join/read more.

Whether a DSO company employee, a start-up, new to the sector or a company considering direct selling as a new route to market… you no longer need to be in the dark. Our introductory seminars, created with you in mind and delivered by industry professionals, are a must.

We’re over the moon to announce the launch of our new website, another initiative designed with You in mind. We aimed to make the site easy for you to navigate; to find what you are looking for; to communicate clear messages to you – avoiding the jargon and ‘in-house’ language.

If you are reading this newsletter you are probably aware of our company ethos which revolves around helping and supporting companies grow and expand their direct selling business. Our goal was to reinforce that message… and we think we’ve achieved that with our two slogans:
