Allan Bell is one of the leading advisors to Direct Selling, Multi-level Marketing and Network Marketing companies in Europe.
After initially developing a career in accountancy roles, he took his first executive role in a Direct Selling company over thirty years ago.
Realising the power of the peer-to-peer selling models and the opportunities that are created, Allan became interested in the operational aspects of the industry.
Within the industry, Allan’s responsibilities covered operations, customer service, systems, marketing and communications, together with becoming expert in compensation plan designs.
Having variously worked for The Dee Group plc (Pippa Dee), Dorling Kindersley Family Learning and The Body Shop at Home, where he was promoted to Managing Director and led a period of sustained sales growth and success, he set up his own consultancy practice in 2004 and became a founder Director of PAN European Direct Selling Solutions Limited in 2012.
Allan has served the UK Direct Selling Association as Chair of the Legal Affairs Committee, DSA Council member and Chair of the Supplier Member group.
