As Managing Director at The Body Shop at Home, Allan led a period of sustained sales growth and success and in addition to holding positions with The Dee Group Plc (Pippa Dee) and Dorling Kindersley Family Learning, he served with UK Direct Selling Association as Chair of the Legal Affairs Committee, DSA Council member and Chair of the Supplier Member group.

Prior to becoming one of the co-Founding Directors of PAN European Solutions in 2012, Allan ran his own industry Consultancy.
